Re: Warning about MAC Fluidlines...

I can get rid of my pencils cause this stays even better than my UD 24/7 Glide-on Pencils, which are awesome too, don't get me wrong!

Anyways, I was watching TV and fell asleep before I could wash it off. I woke up at 3 in the morning, my eyes practically glued shut. I removed the rest of my Fluidline and rinsed my eye out really well with water.

When I got up in the morning, my eye was BLOOD RED, swollen and all of the blood vessels in my eye were redder than a tomato. It's better today, but slightly itchy and still quite uncomfortable. If it's not better by Monday, I'll have to go to the doctor. I'm currently using Redness Relief eye drops and Benadryl and it has improved or I'd be in the ER.

The MAC MA when I bought my Fluidlines warned me about using them in the waterline, but like I said, I've seen many people use them on the waterlines with no problem and I'm usually not as sensitive as other people when it comes to makeup.

Thought I'd warn you guys, don't fall asleep with Fluidlines on! I won't even use them anymore at all and I love them.
Hun, you don't need to ditch them totally...just don't use them in the waterline! When they are not in that area of the eye they don't go crazy and make your eye nuts. Don't let one bad experience ruin Fluidlines for you, but still try to take off your makeup before you sleep.

No liner is "safe" for the waterline unless it has been tested for it. Not all companies test bc it is quite expensive and a drawn out process to do so.

MAC Technakhols and Kohl eye pencils ARE proven safe for the waterline...
