Sadly,there really isn't anything you can do..It's just a risk you take when you swap..You could try filing an internet fraud complaint here:

http://www.usps.com/websites/depart/inspect/ but in my almost 4 yrs of swapping,I don't know anyone who's gotten anywhere from it..When you ship in the future I highly recommend delivery confirmation and insurance..Sorry this had to happen to you
