Thanks everyone. I went to the Ulta store today, but not the Sephora. The Ulta is a free standing store and the Sephora is in the mall. The traffic was horrible to the fashion mall, so I decided next time I will hit Sephora. We were about 1 1/2 hours away from home and I wanted to stop by Macy's (at a different mall), and I was just afraid I would not get everywhere I needed to go. I'm a little sad now though after everyone's replies, especially since the MAC counter was packed and no one was at the prescriptives counter.
I was in heaven... a whole store with make up, hair care and perfume. I ended up splurging, at least IMHO. I bought the smashbox photo finish primer, amazing concealer, pur minerals 4 in 1 pressed mineral mu and some polish. They were very nice and helpful, even after my daughter dropped and broke a bottle of nail polish. And to top that off, they would not let me pay for the polish. It's too late to try anything tonight, but I can't wait until tomorrow.
