But yeah, Wilbor is now big enough for me to feel and he's moving around so much and he loves blue kool-aid!!!! My face is clearing up, my eyebrows are growing in and dont look as stupid, imma post swatches maybe tommorrow, im bored, but i feel so good!!!!!!!

So as of yesterday, I was told that salt is not my friend and its killing me...sorta. Anyway, I have been on a mission to find things that I can eat that arent filled with salt but boy is that hard!!!

I dont have anyone to talk to, so I figured I would blog about what I found and what I was shocked to not find:

tobasco sauce: low 40mg of sodium

lite fruit: no salt

dark chocolate: like 20 mgs of salt but contains flavanoids to reduce blood pressure
garlic

pasta has no sodium

I use olive oil on everything now

I can eat all the fruits and veggies I want, no salt though, i season by using herbs are lemon, or Mrs Dash.

Speaking of that hag, she;s my bff, otherwise i would be outside grazing on grass..thanks Mrs. Dash!!

What shocked me....SKIM milk was not any lower in sodium (not by much) than regular milk.

Went to the meat section....ground turkey was high in sodium as well as turkey bacon, turkey sausage, etc. Before I called the doc back, Richard told me to purchase nothing containing sodium (whatta assclown right?) sooooo I assumed, like an ass that the veggie mess is heathly right? WRONG! 800 mgs of sodium wtf its a veggie burger not a freaking hot pocket!

I found one good thing in all this: my baked chicken: 3 wings, 2tsp of minced garlic, onion, honey, and a little olive oil and tobasco sauce, i call it my "junk wings", lol

tomato, wheat bread and olive oil is good too!!

Its not that bad, it could be worse, unsalted nuts are horrible, unseasoned squash was bad, water tastes ok to me now, blood pressure was down 4 points in systolicI can kill the high BP, lol

That's my freaking blood pressure.

This is the worst blood pressure that I have ever had in my life. Its too damn high so I have to calm down and eat no salt for the next week (too see if that's the problem) or my doc throws my ass in the hospital.

Wilbor is fine,heart sounded good, he's moving around, I get another ultrasound on the 31st (that is if i dont get admitted). Im glad he is ok through all of this.

Richard is demanding that either my mom comes over everyday (which wont help my BP if she's here all damn day). Or he get a housekeeper (some strange bitch I dont know, that cant do what I do?? pfft to that)

I refuse. I wont. I cant. I will not.

I am gonna calm down, Im letting alot get to me right now, silly hearted kids, workaholic husband, two-faced lying ehags. Too much on me, but let's hope that no salt (how he fuck am i gonna do that) diet will do the trick. So far today, I have comsume 10 yeah, count em 10 milligrams of salt. My mouth tastes like someone shitted in it, but yeah, i feel better, BP went down when I got home

Oh!! And I cant have any sodas, nothing but water, UTI infection.

This is too much fun and no this isnt fucking karma (you know who you are and how you like to wish bad shit on people) It's me being a fatass and paying for my late night indescretions with Taco Bell suck on it.
