It is I the "harsh" one, lmao..anyway, my tip of the day is "when all else fails...asshole is the way."
Backstory- My husband and I went to Walmart to buy a game for an X-box 360. Well he asked the lady for it, she didnt want to put it in his hand (haha thievery I guess?
)And rung it up. Total came up to 110 bucks for 2 darn games...So anyway..we get home...he opens it...and there is no game in there...just a burned bootleg cd. Oncce I looked at the cover..it was shrunk from someone using a blowdryer to reattach the shrink wrap....so I called good ole Walmart, to let a manager know and she said "You should have opened it in the store......once you leave out of the door it is not our problem" BAH!!!!!!!!!!!!
So my tip of the day- You buy anything from walmart-cd's dvd's games, even if they are shrink wrapped... open them in the store and check before you go. Dont lose 50 bucks like he did!!

oh, there are no policies to returning it?
walmart forever returns everything - just go to another one and shrink wrap the hell out of that one and report it to like the main place, about the service you got and how the manager handled it. |

I told April this in IM but I just got stung by the same thing at Home Depot!! Bought a cpuple recessed light fixtures and opened one to look at it but just grabbed the second one.. Got home and shit!! The second one was full of spare light parts and plastic!!! I can't believe someone would do this for $9!! So I took it back and they exchanged it... They were amazed too!!!

I've heard so many stories like this...like people buying ipods and Wii's only to find bricks and garbage that was placed there by the previous buyer.

Hi Aprill:
Take that video game right back or contact their customer service department and complain like crazy. Fifty bucks isn't chump change. Someone else had already returned it to them, (that's probably how they got it in the first place). |
