My Arms Are Sore :D

I like the feeling of a sore body after a long workout.
I might have to incorporate lunges because my legs are never sore and I work out a steady 2-3 hours for the past week.
This lady at the gym told me she can read hands and briefly looked at mines. Says there are 2 guys stuck in my life/mind (
tee hee) and one I don't care for much and the other one I really do - the one I don't care for much knows of this. And that I shouldn't think of them and stay focused in school because I have a brilliant mind that'll take me to where I wanna be. After I'm done with that, pursue the guy I want. Haha.
It almost made me cry even though I know it's not true and very generic stuff she was saying... but it just freaked me out a bit and took me off guard. I wanted to hear more - maybe tomorrow night, ha. Let's see if her story changes. But I find it fun and amusing. I think it can give a sense of hope, even false hope - but still gives you that. Reminds me totally of the magic 8 ball... "will I marry Paul Walker?" - 'Ask Me Later'
Anyways, my body is sore but every time I check the scale I get a bit disappointed because I see nothing change. I think 1 lbs is lost and I really hope I did loose at least 1. My diet hasn't drastically change but I'm for sure not eating much - it'll change this week when me and my little sister go grocery shopping.
I've made a list so far of meals I'm aloud to eat, which is anything on weight watchers, but I like planning ahead. I want my goal reached (20 lbs dropped) by the end of summer.
Wish me luck.

Yay, go Celly!
i know you can do it woman, i mean it looks as if it is too hard at the beginning but it will get better and easier, you'll get used to it and so will your body, when that happens you will start seeing changes, dont get disappointed if you don't see a drastic change right away, it doesnt ever happen that way, wait and be patient, wait for your results, when you notice them you will start getting really excited and wanting to do more. At first i really thought i wasnt gonna lose any weight, i know i weighed more than 200 pounds when preggo this last time, and after that i was very heavy, and look at me now i have lost most of it and im pretty close to my goal, it took me a long time but i did it, and i know you can too, plus you are younger which helps a lot too ![]() |
