I'm always random with my blogging LOL!
Anywho:
i am sore as heck! yeah, and then just when i think i can endure it all when it comes to excersice, --NOT!

Well, as many of you may know im addicted to working out and getting new workout videos, so, i got two more sets, yet not happy with the hundreds that i already have lmao.
They are:
The Bar Method [website]
and
The Lotte Berk Method [website]

Anywho, both promise to give you a 'dancers body', which i think you can definitely achieve, now that i have sore arms and butt, omg..now i know i have never worked out my butt before. I am expecting to get those "high round assets" that the videos talk about and promise you will get after the small and awesome amount of time of 20 days, i believe it...my butt soreness could tell you lol. Not only that but my thighs [inner and outer] are sore, and my chest, well i could keep going lol, jeez...i thought Jillian Michaels was going to be tough but i was wrong, her videos are actually a piece of cake compared to these, oh and the moves look so harmless haha, - i guess you could under estimate a dancers workout- they look so easy, but holy shitsu.

There are quite a few celebrities that practice these methods, one of them is Kelly Ripa, [Kelly Ripa and the Lotte Berk Method]she is ripped! oh and Drew Barrymore, can't remember who else, but they actually have pretty lean and muscular bodies.

Oh im so happy they are over, i saw the closing ceremonies starting and i couldnt believe it, they are Oh-Ver!!!

Oh im so happy, now what's next, oh yeah go back to happy normal life, -sigh of relief- LOL

i think im even gonna sleep a little bit better now. Wait, maybe not, those days are coming, bah. Back to the bloatedness and headeaches and bitchy moods. -sigh- poor lumberjack, i feel sorry for him, i turn into da monsta when im on my days. I dont even want to be with myself when that happens

Well, after posting this i might be.
The last few days have been so torturing, i have to confess:
I HATE THE OLYMPICS!!
there, i said it
My god, i just can't belive how boring the olympic games are, and my husband just lays there and watches, i just really want to poke my eyes out with a fork, i swear.
Like i see no point on sitting there to watch something that we could do on a normal day, like watch people run, or swim, yeah, ZzzZZzzzz


And, how long do they last for? two weeks? goodness sakes, i want them to be over already, it gets so freaking boring, and there is nothing to watch on tv on the weekends either, i literally feel like my liver boils, ugh.

The million dollar question is:
What is so amusing about it?!?
Yeah, they win a medal, hm, ok so i am supposed to be happy, jump around and blah blah blah, and people say: WE won a medal today..uhm, no, its not WE, they did, they represent their country, but no, don't sit there thinking that you helped a bit on winning that medal there. Psht, i sound so bitter about it haha, but it makes no sense to me at all, how does that change the world in a good way anyways? -sigh- blah.

Whatevah...i wish there was something else to watch on tv so i didnt have to sit around and wonder when my husband is gonna stop watching lameness

And then mut is so slow on the weekends haha, people, post more please LOL.

I said before i was gonna post pictures of my before/after, blah blah so yeah, im gonna post a pic of my 'after' here but it's not really a full body pic but you can still compare [i think] anywho, not like i was super fat [this time] BUT, in the pics that im about to post i was about 170 pounds, there is another one where i was over 200 pounds but that is after i had my FIRST kid. HORRIBLE, im telling you.
the title of the post is kinda sorta obviously cause, i think you can kinda sorta see some weight loss there haha, That'll have to do for now, ive been busy, lazy lately, to take full bod pics, but yeah, cause i said i would and i dont like making false promises haha!

Biggest Rave for Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Workout

My god, that woman is awesome. I'm telling you, i've worked out for a year and a half, doing Tae Bo, Cardio, and Pilates, among other workouts such as yoga, and dude, i did this workout the other day, for the first time, and OMG, its like i've never worked out at ALL in my life, i was sore, worked out parts of my body i couldn't even feel before lmao.

This is my new HG, all the other ones are secondary workouts for now, i needed to change my routine anyways. So if anyone of you is looking for a new workout video that is my recommendation for you, one of the best ones, i'm still sore, and its been three days. Jeez. Goes to show that just when you think you've done it all as far as workouts go, you HAVEN'T lol.

I also like the fact that Jillian is not a scrawny ass woman, she's got her stuff in place and she is well proportioned IMO, she looks really good, even though i think her facial features are a teeny bit harsh but that is about it, i think she looks awesome.
I want her body haha.

I was gonna post this in the health and fitness section, but i know most people look at threads like this and are like, uh, yeah, whatever. moving on. not a lot of people like working out, so i know they just don't like reading stuff like this.
