That's IT!!!
Battygurl's got me obsessing over my stomach... I'm an obsessive person sometimes. Just ask my wife! So last night I decided that its got to go. Went to the local HS football game and ate absolutly nothing!! Though the funnel cakes were tempting me... Lol. And our team won like 40 to 3... The marching band was fantastic.... And the cheerleaders....... Well don't get me going on that... 
. When I got home did 30 minutes on the universal gym.
This morning I got up and threw away 8 pairs of jeans.. My so called "fat pants" .... I'm never going to need them again!!! Then went down stairs and did 20 minutes of stomach crunching exersizes... I feel empowered.... Maybe I should go throw away mt "fat skirts and fat dresses" too.. Lol. Nahhhh... Maybe I should throw away all my male clothing!! Hehe.

YES throw away all fat clothes! Don't give yourself the option of fitting in them. That's what I did...Everytime I picked up something I shouldn't eat I thought to myself..."I'm gonna have to go naked if I eat this" Worked like a charm.
