It's time to GET IN SHAPE!
I've been so unhappy with my body lately (as in the past couple years) so it's finally time to do something about it! My boyfriend is a very fit and in shape person...so I'm going to let him be my coach! He is incredibly supportive and willing to help out any way he can. I'm so lucky.
To kickstart this whole thing we are going to run a mile each and every night for the next two weeks. We started tonight! I was very proud of myself. I didn't have to stop and walk once! This is amazing because I am NOT a runner at all. I'm like the anti-runner. Let's be honest. I'm a couch potato, okay?! My legs feel like jelly now! I swear I almost fell over in the shower!
So we weighed ourselves tonight before we ran and we will weigh ourselves again in two weeks. He says that I cannot weigh myself in between because I might get discouraged with my weight fluctuating! I believe that. So...here goes nothing! WOOHOOO!!!!

I'm doing the same thing! Except I'm walking...I can't even get myself to run! haha. I'm walking 40 min. a day starting yesterday. Good luck!
