kinda new here
I'm from MUA also, I have never really participated in the boards there because of the "clique" factor. I have grown weary of reading catty remarks, etc & want a nicer environment.

Thank you. Y'all are so nice. I posted something a couple of times on MUA & just got ignored. I've had more response in one post/10mins here than the two posts there. I think once I get used to how the board works, I'll enjoy it more. I just have to play with everything--I'm one of those scientific minds.

I work what is called the control desk in the Patient Financial Services Department at a local hospital along with one other girl, we split the alphabet. We also have branch facilities, so I do my job for 5 & soon to be 6 facilities. We receive all the papers from all patients registered at the 2 hospitals, 2 clinics, and one express/urgent care type facility & soon to be cancer center. We are responsible for making sure all the insurance info is correct, all the med rec codes are in, the observation & room/board charge are correct, & the bill is "clean". Then we "drop" the bill into the billing system for the billers to bill. The billers come in at 7am & we have to have their bills checked off our list & passed out to them when they come in.
 The good part is, I get off at 3pm--in time to get my kids from school on the way home. |

You mentioned uploading images. Have you found your Editor on here? Click here to see it. It's like the Notepad on MuA Yeah, we are hoping more girls do a TON of reviews so we can get the database up!
