Some of you will probaby recognize me from mua. some may not. Either way I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I wanted a change and decided to come over here and check things out. I am really liking it so far.

I am also originally from MUA and although I still go there for the best makeup reviews ever, I enjoy the overall atmosphere of MUT so much better. I love the forums on here because everyone is always so helpful, happy, and cheerful. I'm sure you will love it here. I'm so addicted to this site I come here at least once a day. This is the best makeup adddict site ever!

Hi. I came from MUA also. Things have gone from bad to worse over there. A member just deleted all of her reviews(something like 6,000+)sometime in the last day or so. Sad situation. I always depended on her reviews & hope we can get some good stuff happening on here.

Hello! You Are talking about Groovynub. I am good friends with her and keep in contact with her. I just talked to her today. There is a lot more going on with that situation then is being said and it's not my place to say anything but I wanted to say this. I think it's sad what's happening over there and I hope this board will be different and the problems over there will not carry over to here. this board looks like a great place and the people seem wonderful here. I hope it stays that way!!

I know there is more to it than I even want to know. I paged her & told her how sorry I was about the whole thing & I had hoped she would stay, but as I said, I'm sure I don't know it all & don't want to---it's sad enough without knowing all the sordid details.

Yea..I know Stace too and the situation and she like many other long time members is simply fed up with the crap that goes on there..That won't happen here..I can guarantee it

I know and I don't want you to think that I was being rude or getting on you about mentioning it. I was not! There's so much speculation about the situation and I just want people to know that there's a lot more to it then they realize. I agree with you it is sad. for me it's frustrating and it makes me so mad that it happened and that's why I am over here. :-)

I'm not one that "has to know everything". I know all I need to know, she got hurt. I don't think you were rude, & I understand. I just feel so sad. It's a shame.

Yep, I was not on mua as long as all of you but I was coming up to 3 yrs and so much crap has changed and happened over that time. sad to say this but I don't feel mua is worth it anymore.

I totally agree..It's not worth it.After 4yrs it's gone down hill with no signs of cleaning up.Which is why I'm here now..I do still go over occasionally to check out the swap section though

I am realizing there's a lot of people in the world that feel they need to know EVERYTHING! Glad you understood me and yes I agree with the last part of your message.

I check out productville and I do post but not as much as I used to. now that I have found this site. I don't have to post my questions over there.

I 2nd that - the mods here are very objective - we're all basically starting out together, so there's no "I'm better than you." We're here simply to help, but you, the members, make MuT what we are!
