Newbie Here!
What an awesome website and forum!!!!
I'm Amie and was a licensed Cosmetologist before having my kids and now I'm home with them. I still have my hands in the make-up, skin care world with BeautiControl and I also do make-up application on dance and cheer teams in our area. I am a total product junkie and love to learn all I can!! Looking forward to getting to know you all and I'm enjoying reading all the posts!! Amie |

I actually started as a wholesale buyer in August of 2003, I wanted the discount on the products. I love that the skin care is botanically based, and the spa products are also botanical and professional grade. BC was the first company to offer complimentary color analysis and we started and set the foundation with Alpha Hydroxy Acids!!!
I wasn't working in a salon anymore and didn't get a discount LOL!!! (cheap, cheap!!) Then one night I invited my girlfriends over for a night of pampering I wasn't planning on selling, I had been cooped up after giving birth. I ended up selling $300 and booked 6 Spa Parties. I think that is what sets us apart is the Spa parties. BC is growing though and I really love it. I was a total product snob, and it actually works better than some top salon products out there. The Microderm did amazing things to my skin (I had HUGE pores, pregnancy masque, sunspots and freckles) and it was much cheaper than $150 a visit to the Dermatologist!!! (it's even recommended by Good Housekeeping!!) Ive been doing it as a business since Jan. 2004 and am starting my Director in Qualification process in August. It's been a fun, wild ride. Your right it's not as "popular" as Mary Kay, Avon or Mark, but that has it's advantages too. We actually have been around for 24 years and we are growing STRONG!!! Amie |

Hey Amie. This website is great. There are lots of women that love makeup on here. This website is more addictive than Fendi perfume or Mac pigments. I find myself coming to this website nearly every day if not more than one time a day. You'll have a lot of fun here. Welcome to MUT.
