heyy! So here's my problem. I put eyeliner on the inner rims of my eyes (like most people) I don't know why, but after like an hour or two the eyeliner ends up like going below my eye. And not just along my eyelash line, but I mean like completely under my eye. And I don't know how to prevent this from happening. And it never used to happen. I would appreciate any advice or tips! Thanx!

First of all, what are you using? Are you using a good Kohl pencil?

- I'm not familiar with that eyeliner in particular but it is not meant to smear (according to its claim and users). So all I can think of is that for whatever reason it is either irritating your eye now (one advantage of a regular pencil is that you can decontaminate it each time by sharpening it, with a roll-up one you can't) and/or it is too old. Some people have said that it can react with their foundation/concealor under their eyes as well. That could also be a problem. Btw: Linning on the inner rims makes your eyes appear smaller. You might want to avoid this anyway. I hope you can solve your problem or find a new type that you like (search for eyeliner threads and I'm sure you will find a ton here!).

this is pretty much why i stopped wearing liner on my inner rims. they never stayed on for me. so i just gave up on it.
