I need some advice. i tried something diff today. usually i wear alot of eye make up and very minimal lipgloss, usually clear or nude.

Here i just put on my foundation, lined my lashes and put on mascara and used 2 deep maroon glosses. One is darker than the other. Does this look good on me? i feel kind of plain and bare, but it feels good.

It is natural and minimal. I'm not keen on the darker lip maroon gloss because it makes your mouth recede a bit. I like the lighter one cuz i find it a lot sexier. I love how you lined your lashes..looks very pretty.

As far as eye colour goes..i think colour would look better on you than neutral but that's my opinion. I'm indifferent on the foundation ..i would like to know what you look like without it..so i have a comparison.

I like it! I agree with a little more eye color but anyway the eyeshadow color always has less intensity in photos, so I might just be perfect! You look so fresh!

The light one is victorias secret oatstanding and the second one is lola's in asian pear.

I dont have any eye shawow on, i just put my BE mineral foundation over my lids for the spf. Any recs on which natural colors i could use to oomph me a little but still have that natural bare look? Ill post a picture of me bare faced today after my lunch appointments, i wouldnt be caught dead in public with out foundation! lol

hmm...with your skin tone ..i would probably say ..uhm thought about earthy green shade ? I think that would be somewhat neutral and not overempowering..and yet give you a "pop"? I don't know what colours you normally wear..so i could be way off base with going with the green..but if you want to keep it low key..that's what i would say.

I usually wear browns, creames, coppers and sometimes white. Ive been experementing with blue. I think ive tried green before and it either looked weird with purple or the purple looked weird with the green. And nope, no eye shadow is on, i just have bad under eye circles and my lids are the same way, thus using the foundation on them. :P

And speaking of dark circles..have you thought about trying products with Vitamin K, to rid of the problem or..a cheaper way..is to slice potatoes and put them over your eyes for 15 minutes to rid the problem?

I don't have dark circles but occasionally suffer the puffiness..but i remember reading that like ages ago..so if you were concerned about it..maybe try the potato method and tell me how it works for you.

The reason why the potato works is cuz there is a chemical inside the potato that apparentally brightens or lightens the area so it's hardly noticeable.
