Hiya
I have short lahes and virtually none at all on my lower lids, i'd love to find a product that truely makes lashes grow, does anyone know of any that actually work?
I've heard that vaseline can promote growth, i'm dubious about this though as how would it do that?

I've tried a few eye lash growing esscense and all of them worked but to varying degrees though..Talika lipocils was the most expensive I've tried (ard 50 plus SGD for the smaller size), there's Mavala Double Lash too, much less costly at a bigger bottle too (SGD17 for 10 ml)..and various other Japanese brands ...

I use Ardell brow & lash growth accerator - works pretty good! My lashes seem a lot longer, and it helped to grow in sparse areas of my brows. I got it at Ulta for about $4. They sell it near the false eyelashes by the same company - HTH!

I'm from the UK and have been searching for a UK store to make postage costs and delivery time shorter.
Aniger86, you say you've tried a few products, which one do you think was the most effective?
NYAngel98 - i've just been searching online for the Ardell product but I can't seem to get hold of it in the UK, grrrr

Macgoddess - i've found Mavalla too but again I only seem to be able to find overseas stores.

I wouldn't mind having a product shipped over from US etc if it was guaranteed to be effective.

i used mavala, as well, and i did notice a difference in my lashes. i don't know why i stopped using it?

I'll say Mavella Double Lash(though at one point of time I thought it was causing my lashes to fall off ..apprantly, it was my mascara ) because it doesn't irritate my eyes as much as the other eyelash protein i think ...Btw, welcome to MUT

Iv never heard of anythin that could premote eyelash growth, i know its hassel but have u tried indervidual fake eye lashes? they r quite good and can stay on a while but they do glue the fake one to ur lashes to make it look like u have more, im not sure if this would b appropreate for u but its worth a shot

Hi all
I started using the Lucia last monday, it'll prolly be about a month before I notice any difference, according to the website. If you're interested then the website is https://www.lucia-jp.com/, its in Japanese though with no English translation as of yet, hence you'll need to google 'web page translation' and find a site which will translate...makes for some interesting reading as obviously its not easy to understand!
Anyway, i'm dubious about the Lucia working.....so I also ordered some Lumigan a few days ago. This prolly isn't advisable btw as its a treatment for glaucoma but i'm desperate so i'll try it. One of the common side fx is 'darker,thicker,longer, lashes' woohhoooo, and theres a bunch of scientific evidence to back it up. My reservations are as follows a) There are also other side fx as to be expected with prescription meds, and b)that in studies less than 50% have the side effect of long lush lashes. To me it seems much more likely that i'll have success with the lumigan as opposed to the Lucia though.

I stumbled on a web site where someone described their success in using a combo of Ardell & Lucia simultaneously. I've also heard Starlash works. Will be trying these products for the first time myself so I'll keep you filled in on my progress.
As far as Lucia's web site, I tried sending them an email to ask if I can order their product without having to read the Japanese on their site. I'll let you know if I have any success. I can't find the product anywhere else on the internet...except eBay.

I bought my Lucia from ebay and the seller is reliable, however I worked out that she is making a five pound profit by selling it at a greater cost than its being sold on the Lucia website.
Please let me know if you get a reply from Lucia, I had a look for an email address on the site but couldn't find one, where did you find it?
