Eyeshadow help...pls..MAC piggies
hello.......... I've been playing around with my new mac piggies and I got all the stuff Macgoddess uses(paint&ccb, thanx for the advice), I apply it like shown in all the tutorials.......all looks great for about an hour or so and then........... I find the shadow that I put on my creases has made the colour on my lid look muddy. I think it's b/c the crease lays on the lid and the colour transfers............... am I making any sense??? Anyway, is there a way to stop the colours mixing with one an other?? I want each colour to stay as it was when I was done the application.

Perhaps the CCb & Paint combo doesn't work for you. I know that it doesn't for me. Have you tried using Urban Decay's Primer Potion? That works really well for me.
Are you patting the pigments or how are you applying them? I know that with pigments its better if you pat them rather than sweeping them.

Re: Eyeshadow help...pls..MAC piggies
Make sure you are using A TEENY bit of each thing (Paint and CCB)... You cannot use a lot, especially of the CCB or else it WILL crease, even over the Paint.
You need a teensy bit of paint that you pat/blend all over the lid, and then a TEENY almost unholy small amount of CCB... You can't see the CCB on your lid, that is how little you use. Also pat it on and don't rub it.

Re: Eyeshadow help...pls..MAC piggies
i would use ud pp as my e/s base and a shadestick or paint on top of that so that the e/s or pigment will stick to the creamier texture of the paint.
that combo is fool proof so it's my favorite while the paint/CCB combo is trickier to use
