Eyeshadow Trouble
So, I bought a Lancome Sensational Effects Eyeshadow in a color called "The New Black", it has sparkles in it. I just don't know how to apply it without it smudging/melting horribly above the eyelid. I don't know how to apply it?Help??!!!??

Do you use a primer? Eyeshadow primers will help the shadow stay in place, which is totally awesome! I love URban Decay Primer Potion. Hopefully this helps. I had the same problem until I started using a primer.
