Re: Face Colour????
If you have a Prescriptives counter nearby you, you might go to one and have your skin Colorprinted--they will custom make a foundation for your skintone exactly, with the correct undertones and neutralizing colors. Or, less expensively (custom blended foundation is about $60), an SA there can just match you to your correct color foundation--they have four groups, all based on the color of undertones of your skin. They take everything into consideration when looking to identify your correct undertone shade, and thus shade of foundation, including the skin on your cheeks and neck.
Fairly often, people with reddish tones in the skin choose to "neutralize" them by using yellower colors of foundation; rather than matching to the pink or red shade, they camaflage it. This may be partly why there are so many more yellow-based foundations to choose from than pink-based ones, and may help you in itself: if the more typical foundation "yellows" your skin, it will match it more closely to your neck skin, and then there will be less if no visible difference. (My own neck is lighter than my face but I think most people's faces and necks do differ slightly or more so in color. The contrast is probably more noticeable to you than to others. )
