Fake Lashes

I like the Ardell lashes, they're not too expensive and they make a pair that I absolutely love, I think they're called Demi (I'm not sure).

I too experimented for literally years with the cheaper Ardell lashes, because their quality is great. The fact that they offer so many makes me happy because you can have in your mind the look you want to achieve and find the right pair pretty quickly. Its all personal preference and Ardell has lashes which look natural, fake, whatever.

On the higher end MAC lashes are also great but I wouldnt dare waste these for practicing lol.

And as a bonus if you take care of your fake lashes you can always get more than one use out of them.

HI! I'm a newbie to false lashes too. Can I find Ardell at Walgreen's??? And what about the adhesive? Does Ardell make one too??

Yes Ardell should be at Walgreens. I buy mine from Walgreens or Sally's Beauty supply. The adhesive it comes with is decent to me. If you want to buy a larger sized Duo adhesive it will be for sale separately. Should be in the same place.

Thanks BrooklynMimi. I will take the time to look for it next time I get into a Walgreen's. I went today with my hubby but he was really impatient waiting for me so didn't get a chance. I'm Canadian and I just love US drug stores.

It depends on what you want to wear them for. If you want something for daytime choose a pair that are a little sparsely spread and a short to med length. If you want something to go out in look for some with a thicker spread and about med length. Long falsies can be pretty dramatic so I would only recommend them if you want that *BAM* falsies look!
