About 3 weeks ago, I ordered some Milani products from Bestbeautyonline.com. Now, I am very aware that it can take ages for items to ship from the US, so the fact that my package hasn't arrived yet, even though they say the ship within 5 business days following your order, isn't so worrying ot me. However, they claim that you can check your order status by e-mailing them. Well, I have done that 3 times now and still no reply. I was sure to include my customer number and all the required information.
Grrr! Stuff like this makes me so mad!!
Has anyone else ordered from this company?

sorry it happened and i didnt order from this company be4 but i didnt get my AN after 4 weeks of order and theyre sending me another one now. i just have to wait for another 4 weeks

Well, I don't know if they're actually a bad company... I'm just annoyed that they don't answer e-mails. It could be because it's vacation season, but still. I was so happy because they ship internationally and it's not too expensive, so I could get my hands on some Milani!

I have a friend in Europe who has successfully ordered from Milani(it was "House of Gables then) a few times--I wouldn't conclude your order isn't coming, its possible that it's just b/c international shippings can take FOREVER

They look okay, would have never thought bad of them. But thanks, I will definately watch out.

And I would request a refund too if it takes longer.

I recieved an e-mail today where they apologized for the lack of communication and for the delay in shipping. My items shipped today! Yay! Maybe it was just holiday slowness.

still, an extensive delay isnt proffessional. I ordered a camera from this one place online, supposed to be on back order for 1 month in the future - they kept changing the arrival date - up to 3 months later than they originally said! so all up i would have had to wait at LEAST 4 months in total before they even SHIPPED my item.

I obviously refunded. It's frustrating when you are looking forward to something and you feel let down

I would just go to the local drugstore and buy it in one shot. But you are in Europe right, so you might not have Milani there? so you order it online right?

Oh, if I could pop down to the drugstore and get Milani, I would in a heartbeat! But, we don't have it here unfortunately...
