Her user name is panacea81 and she's from the UK (She sounds Scottish??) and I really like watching her but get distracted by her cute accent, lol!!

In her smokey eye tut, the palette she uses- Outdoor Girl- looks an AWFUL lot like Milani's newer runway eyes!!

I'm subscribed to her and about 40 others. There's a whole makeup community on Youtube now, and these girls (and guys), though not makeup artists are really good.

Yea i like her tut's but i LOVE kuuipo1203 tuts, I honestly learned how to blend because of her videos! She plays great music in the background too, and she is so nice! I asked her to do an Arabic eye tut using the colors that i requested and she was definetly nice about it. I can't wait till she does it!

I love her vids as well. She's not Scottish, it's a Newcastle accent.
