Has anyone tried this Milani product yet?

Smooth Finish Creme to Powder make up (in Neutral 08)???

I just bought it tonight and was wondering if anyone has opinions before I try it.

Re: Has anyone tried this Milani product yet?

Nope, sorry... lol it seems like I have tried just about everything else by them though.

I would think that it would be a safe bet seeing as their other products are pretty good...

Re: Has anyone tried this Milani product yet?

OK...gave it a try...

It has a little bit heavier of a coverage than I like. I usually use tinted moisturizer, ColorStay natural applied with a damp sponge, or MAC Select Tint, so I am into very light coverage.

If you like a smooth, matte, solid medium coverage, then you will probably love the texture of this. It was not oily feeling at all.

The shade I used was Neutral 08, but it ended up being about 2 shades too light for my NW25 skintone.

The only really negative thing I would say about this is that it is perfumey smelling. I didn't like the smell at all.

Comes in a pretty gold compact with a mirror and a sponge.

MakeupMic - thanks for letting us know how this product is. I only have a couple of the quads and single e/s from Milani so far.

Thanks so much for trying it out!! DO you have oily skin? And did it feel oily after a few hours or no?

Re: Has anyone tried this Milani product yet?

MAC_Goddess,

I have very oily skin...(the only good thing about that is I am hoping it will help keep me looking young like it has for me dad! LOL)

As far as it feeling greasy or oily, it didn't to me.

I'm just so weird about having anything that I can "feel" on my face, and since it's a medium to full coverage makeup, I could "feel" it.

For now, I'll stick with TM, or ColorStay applied w/ damp sponge until I find something else. Most days I just sweep on MAC Blot powder with a kabuki brush to really get it onto my skin good...and don't wear any foundation at all...probably bad for my age, but I guess I'm an all natural gal at heart! LOL

This sounds like something I might like! I am now using MF, PanStick, and do like it! But I am always wanting to try something else. I was thinking of buying higher end foundation but not really sure that they are any better then drug store brands? I have very oily skin little wrinkles, some redness and spiderviens So I need a good coverage. I have never tried Malni, but seen the product and the eyes shadows look pretty. How much was this foundation?

5.49 for a large pretty compact w/ sponge and mirror. Lotsof product for the price, and it definately has buildable coverage.

I am like that too about stuff that I can "feel" on my face... I think I might give this a try though... Can't hurt right?
