Try NYC or Prestige for liners. Prestige has kohl pencils in numerous great colors for a smokey eye. "Doll" looking makeup... What exactly do you mean? Bright colors, or what? Non-oily foundation... Lots of girls on here like Revlon ColorStay I'd again try Prestige, NYC or Milani for a lighter eyeliner. There's also Wet 'n' Wild. Department store brands... I'm a huge fan of Chanel and MAC.

Re: Help=)
For concealer, I highly recommend Neutrogena's concealer w/ salicylic acid. It covers and helps heal the pimple at the same time.
As for eyeliners and eyeshadows, I like Jane and NYC.

Re: Help=)
department store :
1. lancome's photogenic foundation and concealer 2 shu uemura's eyelash curler- costs around 20.00 bucks, but worth every penny 3. smith's rosebud salve- billed as "an all purpose skin preparation" 4. philosophy's pure grace fragrance- just -got -out of - the shower scent very clean and light imho (test 1st before buying of course) drugstore : alot of good stuff there too. i'd say check out stuff in L'oreal, Milani, for mu and the olay regenerist line for skin care- been hearing alot of positive stuff abt them |

Rimmel Blushes. Revoln Super Lusterous Lipglosses. Milani & NYX Eyeshadows. I hear Loreal Hip EYeliners are good. Maybeline has some good liquid waterproff eyeliners.

Re: Help=)
Dept Store: spend those 200 dollars on MAC holiday eyeshadow palettes and pigment sets (if you don't have MAC eyeshadows , they are a nice start)
