Re: Help i cant blend
well. you start off with appying the shadows in the areas that you want them. you don't want to layer all of your shadows because it can get muddy or the colors don't show up that well.
when you do that, you get a fluffy brush like mac's 222 or 224 and blend the edges of everything so there aren't any distinct lines where colors meet.

the 217 is more versatile. you can use it to sweep on a wash of color, or to do the crease stuff, blending, or using cream based products.
but the 222 is great because it's a smaller area of bristles, so it makes a more defined crese area. :icon_love

So 217 is better! I'm looking for a blending brush that I can also apply e/s on the crease without being to big and fluffy like 224,beause my eye are small and big brushes are not practical I cannot blend well!!! So your suggeston is 217?

blending - sweep the brush in circular motions where 2 colours meet, so you can see distinct lines (as Liz said), its kinda hard to describe, can you get to a MU counter and ask for help? this kinda thing is easier to see in person x
|
Trisha you prefer 217 over 222? They do different jobs?

Re: Help i cant blend
I like my 217 but it's going to take awhile to get used to the shape. I've always had cheap brushes and they don't make a shape like this. It's almost like an egg.
