How do you store your fluidlines??

Thanks to the bf's MAC g/c for my birthday I just got 3 more fluidlines, yaaay! So now I have 7 total, but I'm having storage problems. All my MU is in a drawer with divided sections. So to see what color fluidline I need for the day I have to lift the pots check them out til I find the right color. No way could I put them away in the same spot and actually remember where each one goes, and I don't have time in the am to go through this routine every day.

Do you gals think its ok to store them on their side so I can see the colors, or upside down so I can see the label ... or, what do u gals do?

Can you label the top with an initial or something?

Re: How do you store your FLUIDLINES??

Most of mine are in the boxes so since the names are on the top, it's easy to see which one is which. I only have 2 that aren't so if I pick up the wrong one it'll only be the other one!

I store all of my piggies and fluidlines on their side. They're gel, so they won't run to one side.

Re: How do you store your fluidlines??

Also an idea: Maybe you could buy some of those small circular stickers (you know, the kind people use to price items at tag sales..) and label them on the top..I think they also have those stickers in diff. colors too!!! I only have three FL's now, and I need to find some way to diffrentiate them, 'cause when I'm in a hurry (like I was this morning at 6am) I can't be turning all the items upside down!!! I think maybe I'll get some of those stickers for myself!!!!

Re: How do you store your fluidlines??

I'm glad to hear nothing happens to them storing them sideways, I'm going to try that or a little label on the top. TY for all the input gals!

Re: How do you store your fluidlines??

I don't own any MAC products (it kills me to write that), but if I did (grrr) I would probably take a metallic silver sharpie and right the color name on top. Or, you could take a nailpolish of a color similar to the Fluidline and put a cute little smiley face on top. :-) What a great way to start your morning, all of your Fluidlines smiling back at you in a rainbow of happiness.

I need a life. Lol.

(AndSomeFrickingMacStuff) My birthday can't come soon enough...
