I absolutely LOVE MAC Pro Longwears!

Oh, oh, oh! Talk about love! I finally just bought one in Boss Brown after testing them in MAC, and seriously... Longwear is right! I put it on at 7:30am, and it stays on right up until I take it off at like 11:30pm at night! The only thing I have to reapply is the gloss part. The color lasts for HOURS and HOURS! I snagged Hot Tomato (LE color) on eBay, and got it today... OMFG! Gorgeous color!

You've GOT to get at least one! The only thing that takes them off is anything oil-based such as an oil-based MU remover, or a dressing with an oil base. I can eat my bagel w/ butter for breakfast, and it's still there. Kiss John, and it's still there. Drink my coffee, and still there! No transfer at all! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

The trick is to apply the color to a clean lip (no liner, balm, etc). Let it dry for a minute or two, until it feels sticky. Then apply the gloss coat. Walk away, and never have to reapply color for the rest of the day! You can get various other glosses for them, but they already come with one. I'd say for $20, it's a nice buy! Oh, and caution as lip gelees or regular glosses can sometimes change the formulation, but I haven't had any issues there yet.

HAhaha I feel you, I was in the same buzz when I first discovered them!! They hold up wonderfully! And that color is pretty damn hot too!!!

I'll never buy regular lipstick again, it's gotta be either Pro Longwear or lip stains, which is my latest obsession!

Hmm, I always wanted to try a pro long wear. I have a whole bunch of mac lippies and I have to keep reapplying them 3x a day. I think this will be a nice addition to my other mac collections. hehe :P

As long as you keep reapplying the gloss, you don't get that sticky feel. I prefer them much more than lipglasses or l/s just because of the lasting power. Once you take them off, you don't have a "drying" feeling. Or at least I don't.

I bought my first one the other week... "Legendary" and I'm obsessed with it!! I just ordered one more from the website. I absolutely love how long it stays on... I don't want to buy lipsticks anymore. I remember I was this way about when Avon first came out with some lip stains and I bought about 6 of the same one because it was so awesome. I really like them.
