How do you get that light look with lips, I've seen it on Pamela Anderson, ok some of you might think it looks tacky but I like that look kinda like plastic its ' Brown lipliner with the beige lips' look
I've always tried looking for a lipstick to give me that look, Im usually having to use concealer on my lips before applying a lipstick thats so nude/beige but after a while my lips just look terrible, the concealer drys out and it looks flakey and nasty.

If you have really pigmented lips put a touch of foundation or powder on bare lips. Or you could get a lip base or primer Models Prefer has one which you get a eye base in the kit too. The photo is really dark on there it's not that colour lol.
Make sure your lip colour is a tad darker than your skin colour though as you could end up looking like a corpse.

I use Mary Kay Sheer Blush and if I want shine I add a gloss.

I know some people use powder over their lipstick.

I have Bonne Bell Lip LITES in "Vanilla Swirl" and on me it looks exactly like that lip color. I'm not sure about the liner, though.

I use the Wet'N'Wild concealer (it looks like a beige lipstick) on my lips before I put l/g or l/s on. I've never had any problems with it drying my lips out because it's a little creamy. It also lightens the color so you can achieve the look you want. You can use a lot of different colors with it. The concealer is only a $1.99, and I've been using it for years (but only for my lips)

When I was buying MAC makeup I told the saleslady I liked Pamela Anderson's lip color on the Viva Glam poster. I ended up buying Spice lip liner, Viva glam II lipstick, and Viva glam lipglass but I can't remember which number. You might have a hard time finding that lipglass. The saleslady said those were colors she was wearing. She could have been lying to me though.
