I loooove lip glosses! I'm always on the look out for them! NOw, i currently use pink shimmer lip venom. I love how it looks on me and yes, it more than tingles..it burns..(not in a bad way) but i like it.
In fact, I like most of the lip venom products actually.

Now, I've tried lip glosses from drugstores and always disappointed with the shine..i've tried maybelline, cover girl etc...and never really impressed with them.

so, does anyone have recommendation for lip glosses that i could try? I am not keen on colour lip glosses..so clear or light minimal colour...something similiar to lip venom would be greatly appreciated..

lip gloss makes the lips feel great, but it doesn't seem special. I like the pale frosty shades of lipstick then play up the eyes.

Yea, I stay away from lipsticks because it tends to settle in the creases and make my lips look cakey. I've tried on a lot of lipsticks from..covergirl to christian dior. I find that the expensive brands feel like a god send as they seem to be moisturizing and the colours tend to look more natural. But after a while, i always go back to lip glosses because i'm rarely disappointed with them. You see, I have rather big lips, so lip gloss enhances the size and looks pouty...it's harder to achieve that from lipstick.

you might not think it, but victoria's secret has GREAT lipglosses. i bought 2 and i love them, plus they smell/taste great

lipfusion also has great plumpers. Its more of a "numb" feeling than a "tingly" feeling. Almay has good lip glosses too. Im a huge lip gloss fan and i probably carry atleast 5 with me at a time..lol

oh oh and sephora has a lip gloss quad in a sphere thing for 5$. i love this also, smells like coconut and has a great consistency. Only con is you have to apply it with fingers or a brush.

Yea, I keep walking by Victoria's Secret when i'm in the mall but tend to avoid their make up section...but next time when i'm out and about, i'll have a looksie..i'm intrigued now seeing that colour in your picture. =)

You said you had lines in your lips and that is why you didn't wear lipstick. You might try a lip primer. I use one from MK, but there are others out there too. I had sm lines all around my mouth and lots of lines in my lips from 25 yrs of smoking, not the lines around my lips are completly gone and only have a few lines in my lips. Although I prefer gloss to lipstick myself.

For super shiny lips I recommend: DiorAddict ultra-gloss/DiorShow gloss, Revlon super lustrous gloss, Guerlain KissKiss gloss, Nars.
I also agree about using a lip primer.

Lip Venom is great buy very drying on the lips! I usually just wear it on a Saturday night and can feel my lips peeling on Sunday!

I find all Maybelline and Boujours (sp!) are great! I dont buy expensive lip glosses as i always end up losing them!

I always try new and I always come back to Stila Lipglazes, they're superior!!!

When I buy one from Mac then I always regret it because they smell bad after 6 months or a year, but this never happens with Stila Lipglazes.
