Mad at Ulta
So, does anyone remember me saying I was getting the 128 pallette from Ulta and the big block buster. Well my gram did order them and when she did they both was in stock. She should have had them last week she called today because it said her order was shipped at the end of last week. Well they told her that she was too late and they was sold out. But they was in stock when she ordered so I dont understand those people. Now she feels really bad because she didnt have anything else for me except those 2 things(since she gave me 200 bucks). So I dont have anything at her house for x-mas now, and she thinks im going to be mad at her, im not. Anyways has that ever happend to anyone else that orderer from Ulta??

Yes that also happened to me with the toofaced order. Some sites dont update well enough and they over sell somethings.

Aww that stinks... I hate it when stores don't keep good inventory and don't tell you when they find out that it's out of stock when you already ordered it!

I've never ordered anything from them but I should say that my nearest ULTA are the worst in customer service.Each time I go I have some problem with them and I aint going to that store anymore!

i've never shopped at ulta, and I'm sorry that happened!
some companies are not good at keeping their inventories up to date. so is your order backordered then? did they say when it should be available? It would really suck if they charged your grandma for the stuff already!!! |

They told her they put it on back order than they said they wasnt getting either back in so I dont know if they charged her or not =(

I'm sorry that happened to you; I never ordered anything from Ulta but I know some people did and weren't too happy... You should write a letter and complain, let them know you're upset!
