My MAC 209 :(
I adore my MAC 209, but the hairs on the outer edge of the brush have all frayed and broken. I am very careful with my brushes and none of my other brushes have done this.
Has this happened to anyone else? I suppose I could contact MAC about it, but I'm curious first if this is a common thing and if so, I will probably just end up finding a similar brush at the craft store to replace it.

I haven't heard anything, but it's possible you just got a bad batch or something I guess? I would contact mac, just in case it is a recurring problem - they should be made aware of it so they can fix it, IMO
 good luck with replacing it chicken!

yeah i think u shld contact them... because I've had my MAC 209 for close to 2 yrs and it's still in good condition. As what the above girl has said, You've probably gotten a bad batch, do contact them about this issue.
