new mascara

ok im currently using bad gal lash mascara, i do love it, but i want to know if there is anything out there a little more drastic to make my lashes longer..

also, why is it that when you first get a mascara it takes a couple days to start working well..?

AshleyA - if u can get ur hands on it, u might give the le MF Lash Perfection a try. I find it gives me length but natural looking. HTH

You could also try a lash primer - Diane Brill's Lash Lingerie is a nice one that goes on smoothly and really lengthens. Also her Water Resistant mascara is as black and shiny as can be, and really lengthens, too.

Probably mascaras settle a little bit and need the stirring up that they get from a few days of use. Maybe try sitting the closed tube in a glass of hot water to soften it all a little bit, then roll it between your hands, or even unscrew the lid and swirl the brush around. Just don't pump, which puts air into the tube and makes the stuff dry out.

T - I got a Fiber Optics as gratis from my last Stila haul and will try that out shortly.

I also forgot to mention that I have not used a lash curler since I started using the Lash Perfection. This is great as I am always in a pinch - running like a Tazmanian devil.

I think US Mail via Global Priority takes 3-5 days depending on the receiving country - so u should have it by Friday I hope!

Lilla - hope u like the new MF mascara.

They say the secret is not to wiggle the brush at the roots of the lashes but just to brush from roots to end. It seems to work for me so far and definitely no smudging from this mascara.

I want to try the new MF mascara too!!! As of right now, my fave mascara is voluminous by loreal, and I have tried expensive (Dior Show) and cheap (Cover Girl). I have received a lot of compliments when I wear this mascara

I used the new MF lash perfection today on my right lashes to compare with a different mascara on my left lashes. I love it so far. 2 coats and you are ready to go. I'll post my pics at the fotd section soon. THANK YOU JEN!!! :icon_love for finding it for me.xx
