Hmmm pencils usually are smudgeable! The less smudgeable pensils I've ever tried are Mac's Powerpoints! But if you want something that won't smudge at all through the day then try a gel liner, they are more long lasting than pencils, like Stila's Smudgepots or Mac's Fluidlines!!!

HI! Gel liners are great, you just need to let them set and dry a minute so they don't move. If you don't want to have to use a brush on liner, try a powder pencil. There are different companies that make them but the one I really LOVE is by Laura Geller. If you are in New York you can go to her shop, or you can go online to laurageller.com or you can go on QVC and there they sell them in singles or you can get a good deal by getting one of the duos. You get two different colors (like black with grape(DEEP amethyst) or forest(a DEEP black green) or some other colors that they may pair the black with. I use those to line the inside rim and they stay without smearing. I think L'Oreal used to make powder pencils. They may still. And you might be ableto find another company like Revlon that makes them as well. Also I know I saw some companies in the drug stores that make gel pencils! No Brush! I just dont remember the brand. Maybe someone here knows. All regular pencils will smear due to the creamy texture and oils in the pencil. If you have a pencil that you REALLY don't want to give up, try a line stay liquid that you put over your liner and makes it semi permanent. Benefit makes a good one that you can use on lips, brows and shadow too, called She-Laq. It comes in a bottle with some small brushes to use it with. Laura Geller makes one that I think is called line stay, and makes other similar liquids that make lipstick, brows, shadow and even your mascara stay without smearing. Too faced makes one that is called Liquif-eye that you can use for shadow and liner or make your shadow AS your liner.(just rub it over either one and apply). And Bare Minerals makes a liquid that you can use to make shadows stay with out creasing or disappearing or use as liquid for your liner (powder or loose) and makes it stay til you take it off. Those are just a few that I know of. But I am sure that you could probably find one or use one of these (like she-laq) right over your pencil if you don't want to change it, that will work well for you. just go online to maybe sephora and see what you can find. The ones I mentioned, I know are really good because I have used them. But find what works for you! Good luck and I hope this helped! Chermarie

Re: No more black eyes!

Fluid lines by Mac are great! Once they dry and set they stay on till you wash! Eye Kohls tend to smear quite easily on me and make me look like I have 2 black eyes as well.

Re: No more black eyes!

The lovely thing about eye kohls or kajals is that they are so easy to smudge and blend, unfortunately this means they MOVE a lot... And into NOT good places... I used to use them all the time too, but I hated how they would migrate all over the place.

I use MAC Fluidlines and they really are great! They WILL NOT move until you take your eyemakeup off... They work even better if you put a thin layer of MAC Paint under it all, the Paint will keep your eyemakeup from creasing, smudging, or wearing off...and it really does work!

Also you can try Stila's Smudgepots, they are the same thing as Fluidlines, but Fluidlines have more color options... Whichever you choose, you'll have a liner that will not make you look like you have two black eyes!
