Why do companies DC produts? Especially ones that are customer faves, bestsellers etc??

I would like to know too. I get tired of finding something I love, only to have it discontinued.

Usually (I think) it has to do with how much it's actually selling. There was a moisturizer that I absolutely loved and it was DCed, so I asked them about it, and not many other people used it apparently.

But when it's stuff that does sell alot - I don't understand that I either!!

Some companies have a thingy on their websites that match up their "new and improved" products with ones that were DC'ed. Don't know why they do it, but at least they try to help you find a new one. Did you try looking on the company's website? Or Google it -- sometimes people come up with look-a-like lists. Hope that helps!
