Solar Bits? Not so good
I hope this is okay to post here. I had a chance to test out Solar Bits from the upcoming collection by MAC and I have a picture testimonial. I hope it helps!
  This is how they look when I first packed it onto my skin. The spot was still moist and I didn't see any indication that it would work well on an eyelid.  They sheer out really easily and cover a large surface area.  I read a suggestion to run a brush along the surface and use it to highlight the cheek area and this is how it looked. Um.. I will stick with Skinfinishes...

I wanted to get almost all of these but I never planned on using them for my face since they seemed too chunky. Maybe if they were applied wet they'd work better? The colours are gorgeous and I really want to make them work for me.

im surprised, i acctually really liked them, they were explained as a powder to cream consistency and i didnt find they came out too chunky when applied at all, maybe with more pressure they look nicer? theyre AMAZING on dark skin!

Funny, I thought they were intended for the eyes, not the face lol!
Ive heard they also have a lot of fallout but otherwise are great, just do your eyes first. I still want to try them! Super metallicy bronze around my eyes, ohh I cant wait lol, thats amongst my favorite colors  P.S. Thanks for the review Judica! What color is that solar bit? And if y ou dont mind me asking, what is that blue liner you are wearing in the picture, it looks awesome
