Thread Veins

Hi this is my first post so please go easy on me, my problem is i have ghastly red thread veins over one side of my nose which as ive got older are now more obvious can anyone recommened a cover up cream that will make them less obvious, if its any help i wear no other face make up, any advice appreciated.....thanks

Welcome to makeuptalk!! I use Dermablend conceler, it will cover everything and anything..... They also make a great foundation and a body cover that will cover up tatos.... Dermablend Foundations, Concealers, Setting Powders, brushes, Makeup Remover, Skincare

Green neutralizes red. It really does work. I have used a cheapie NYC green concealer stick and the red just vanished!

Hi thanks for the speedy reply, using the green concealer stick will i be able to apply it straight to the skin as i dont use any other face make up (Hope that makes sense ) Thanks .

It's green so you'll look funny if you only apply it

You need to use a yellow concealer on top of it, then a translucent powder to set everything

I think it will be easier to get a really good concealer. Dermablend is a little thick, but it does cover nearly everything. TheBalm Time Balm is also a really great concealer, but best for the undereye area (but you can try it around your nose if you don't have oily skin).

Or you can try a brightening concealer around the nose area, something like YSL Touch Eclat.

I use Touch Eclat. I am 50 and have the same issue. I had one large one that I had lazered. I am having the rest of them done too. That is best. Pulsed light or laser. Dermablend is too heavy for me.
