Tinted moisturizers for oily skin

do any of u oily girls use tinted moisturizer? If so how well does it control the oil? I use powder foundation now and everything seems to slip right off my face. Any ideas.

Re: Tinted moisturizers for oily skin

I have super oily skin, but have not tried a tinted moisturizer. However, I have tried tons of various products that claim to control oil: gels, moisturizers, makeup, etc., including products recommended by my dermatologist. THE only product I've found that made any difference at all with my oily skin is CO Bigelow Extra-Light Face Lotion. It doesn't keep my face matte all day, but it seems to take about twice as long for my face to get shiny as normal!

Another product I am in love with are blotting sheets, they soak up the oil without messing up your mu! I figure if I can't stop the oil, I can at least control it... Clean and Clear brand works fine for me, you can get 50 sheets for about $5 at Wal-Mart.

Finally, some girls would recommend a foundation primer to help your mu last longer. I personally haven't tried one, but have heard good things about them.

Hope that helps!
