It looks pretty neutral to me, browns and light pinks for eyes and a light pink for lips...

yeah pretty much use brown eyeliner, mascara,maybe stila kitten eyeshadow. nars chihuahua lipgloss.

looks like she isn't wearing any foundation at all.

- eyes: beige/brown eyeshadows; highlight the browbone, eyeliner on top of the upperlashes; mascara
- bronzer on her forehead.
- pink blush on her cheeks and nose.
- pink/rose lipstick with lipgloss - lancome's natural lip perfector easily copies the lip look.

The foundation does look amazing. I'm sure it's a combination of her great skin and the MUA's application. If you look at the before you can tell her skin is a little lighter than in the after. I think they picked a shade that was in between the color of her freckles and the rest of her skin.

Since it's a Stila tut, at least in part, maybe it's the Grapefruit lip glaze on her lips. It's a pretty color between pink and peach, one of my faves.

I looooove those lips! if you look closely it looks like they've used a really pale pink lip liner with a matching gloss. The gloss is goooorgeous! I want lips like that!
