I've got 2 questions:
1. I've got Brown Eyes so I tend to go with Brown e/s, sometimes purple. Well tomorrow i'm getting color contacts, their gonna be a shade of Blue, could someone suggest e/s colors I may want to purchase?

2. I have some loose shimmer e/s How can I keep it from falling on my face, or how can I cover it up to where nobody will see it?

actually brown e/s accentuates blue eyes very well so you're already set!!! peachy shades look nice too!!
and as for powder pigments, be sure to use an e/s base on your lids and for under your eyes, put extra loose powder under your eyes and then dust it away after your done applying your e/s

Thanks so much!! So I would dust under the eyes with loose powder then dust it off then apply foundation, correct?? Thanks!

I agree that warm colors (browns and such) will make blue eyes pop best!

And for the loose e/s - if you can manage doing this: Hold a square of toilet paper right under your eye so it will fall on that instead

I apply my foundation and powder with extra in the eye area then do my eyes and dust away the excess!!!

I don't know about the pigments, but I know that for eyeshadow colors, eyeshadows that contrast with your eye color will make your eyes pop the most! (And eyeshadows that match your eye color don't make your eyes stand out as much, since it's all a big blob of the same color.) I have blue eyes, and my favorite colors are browns, bronzes, and peaches! Sometimes I wear purples, greens, and pinks for something different, but I do think that browns and bronzes are the most flattering on me!

I vote playing with colors to see what you like on you... As for catching loose e/s, apply loose powder over concealer underneath the eyes.
