Ok....just wondering if either someone can explain a few things to me such as what waterline and outer v, and any other parts of the eye area ....when someone says line the waterline what on earth does that mean? is there a tutorial or a post somewhere about all of these words? as i am a little confused..

waterline is just the rim of your lid , the fleshy pink part at the base of the eyelashes on both top and lower lid. As for the outer V its the shape you apply your make up on your eyes so it looks like this < > I'm crap at explaining but there's an outer V tutorial in the member tutorial section.
