Things you could mix your powder with -
Vaseline - for avery glossy finsih, but it's not lasting, and creases easily.
Silicone based primer - for a smooth velvety finish. Not sure about how long lasting this would be.
Eye cream - would probably give a sheer, moist finish and would likely crease.
Sealant - gives a water color effect - for this, just moisten your brush and work into shadow, adding more liquid or more powder until the consistency is right. This tends to wear pretty well.
Eye shadow primer - this would probably last very well.
What else? Light or shimmer liquid liner or sparkle liner, some lip gloss formulas, foundation or liquid concealer (will obviously soften and mute the color).
