What Primer do you use
I was looking at trying a new one after the one im using runs out, Ive only tried Smashbox photo finish and currently using Jane Iredale, Absence. What have you tried and what do you reckon is the best? |

I dont use primer, but you should check out the thread on the top of this forum page dealing with Monistat. Some people seem to really like using it as primer since they say it works just as well as is cheaper than smashbox

Laura Geller Spackle Under Makeup Primer... Although, I've learned a two things:
(1) I prefer her newer formula, even though I didn't at first. It does dry faster, and though my skin isn't AS smooth, it's still pretty damned smooth after applying it. (2) MAC Prep+Prime isn't as bad as I initially thought. I've been using it all week since I got a sample from MAC on Friday... I kinda like it!

I've used Smashbox but it just wasn't for me. I really like Laura Mercier's and Mac Prep +prime face, but I'm in love with Chanel's Illuminating Base, it smooths my face like no other and makes my makeup look flawless.

Laura Geller, I have used Mac Prep and Prime, Smashbox, Monistat, and Laura Mercier. I actually liked them all except for Laura Mercier. I prefer Laura Geller so I use it most of the time.

BareEscentuals Prime Time!! I used this with a liquid foundation and it was AMAZING!! The bottle lasted so long too and it was only $21!

Still absolutely love MAC Prep + Prime Skin... I have tried the Monistat thing, and I didn't love it at all, and Smashbox Photo Finish but I thought it made me oily.

I do use the primer by Smashbox. I also like the one by the Body Shop and Sephora's.

I use MAC Prep + Prime and I really like it but it's the only primer I've ever used so I don't really have anything to compare it with.
