Question Home Display Ideas?

Okay, I've mentioned this before but the Rite Aid next to my job closed a couple of months ago. Their lease is officially up this month so they are liquidating all their displays items and shelves and so on. My coworker knows I'm a makeup lover and he noticed that in the back of the store, they have a really huge bin with tons of stuff they threw out that they didn't plan on selling.

They are sectioned off display shelves. Now, the ones I grabbed were some lipstick and regular shelves. To explain it better: do you know when you go to the drugstore or you take an eyeshadow off the aisle and they eyeshadows automatically push forward to cover the gap? Well those are the type of displays I've got.

Not one this big but just trying to give you an idea

Well, what I do need is some ideas to make it more homely and pretty so I can openly store my makeup since I don't have a vanity table. It sux having to pull out all my traincases just to look for one eye shadow or lipgloss. Any help please?

Re: Home Display Ideas?

That's cool! No ideas sorry. I love when stores do that.

Re: Home Display Ideas?

I know lol, I'm trying to debate on whether to cover it in fabric or what. I can't wait to rummage through the rest of the bin when I get off today

Re: Home Display Ideas?

I was thinking of that plastic stuff we can buy in rolls, to cover the inside of a drawer. Maybe it would work for that too.

Your lucky! That sounds like such a cool thing to find. You might be able to use some wall paper that is like a sticker.
