Hey thats awesome. I just got a sewing machine and i'm trying to learn. How did you start?? Do you have any books that you don't need any more that helped you learn? Or any tips for a beginner?

Basically I bought a machine and a how to book. Start with the simple patterns, usually marked as easy or quick. The internet helps a lot!
