The 'Butterscotch 1910' Bag
Why on earth would you want to carry an 'it' bag when you could carry something as unique and delicious as this...
This is the 'butterscotch 1910' bag: Era-1910 Fabric- Bakelite & silk. This is a wonderful example of bakelite at its best! The sturdy toffee colored frame gives this little handbag its magnificently eye catching looks. The body of the handbag is made from black silk which has a beaded bow design embroidered on the front with little faux diamonds. The frame has a horizontal catch which opens up in such an unusual way adding that extra unique touch. Measurements- Width: 25cm Length: 20cm. It's vintage darling! and a steal at £95.
Yummy...

Re: The 'Butterscotch 1910' Bag
I tried to post this before but my internet timed out randomly...
I'll be honest. That bag is ugly. old does not automatically equal valuable.
I don't have a problem with 'vintage' - some stuff is gorgeous and beautiful and should be continued to be used, but a lot of what is out at the moment is being put onto the market for the 'oldness' factor, and isn't even really attractive even.
I'm so sick of people wearing and using ugly things and then using the excuse that it's 'vintage' and expect everyone to swoon, lol

Re: The 'Butterscotch 1910' Bag
Usually i like vintage stuff, but the color on the plastic made it look like it's made from a cheap plastic (instead of bakelite that is really strong).
