2. I depends on temperature during winter time. When winter in your country is fairly mild (-5 is the coldest temperature) it will be fine to use oil-free moisturizer. If its colder than -5 I suggest using protective face creams (Neutrogena Winter Cream is OK) with SPF.

5. Drinking more water doesn't have positive effects if you do not eat Essential Fatty Acids (Omega-3 & 6 Acid)s.
