Best face wash for MMU?
So I know this maybe should go under skincare, but I've started finding out my Arbonne system which I love doesn't seem to work as well with MMU? (I just started using MMU about 1 month ago) Maybe it's not enough exfoliation or something, I dunno, just know it doesn't seem to be doing quite as well. SkinChic.com has a skin care line called Fruitzyme which a few people has told me works well, but no reviews ANYWHERE on the stuff. Suggestions? My skin is oily T-zone and breaks out occasionally, not bad but enough to bug me. One here or there almost all the time. I've used Arbonne about 3 years and don't know if maybe I just need to add a step or switch all together.

Re: Best face wash for MMU?
I get all my mmu off by cleansing with oil (it even takes off waterproof mascara) followed by a little bit of a cleanser containing salicylic acid to get of any oily residue and stuff still lurking in my pores as I'm prone to congestion. The main advantage of an oil cleanser is that it will remove makeup more effectively than a foaming or cream cleanser and does not dry out your skin. Some people have noticed a reduction in breakouts and and oily skin after converting to an oil cleanser.
I suggest doing a search on the skincare or this forum for 'oil cleansing method'. Quite a lot of people like the oil pre-cleanse products sold by DHC, Fancl and Shiseido as they will rinse off easily in water. |

Re: Best face wash for MMU?
i second the oil cleansing, i find it removes my makeup better. don't be worried about oils, if you like them pure there are some an oily skin can use safely, plus the different products from the brands listed above.
i also take off every excess oil with a cotton pad and some floral water.

Re: Best face wash for MMU?
I find MMU difficult to remove. I found a pretty easy way of removing it. I apply facewash directly onto a moist cottonball and apply to my face. It removes all my makeup and I just follow up with a facewash.

I'm currently using (and loving) the Shu Uemura cleansing oil. It takes off all the mmu in one go.

Pure Luxe Cleansing Oil <3 <3 <3
but I'm waiting for my Garden of Wisdom Cleansing Oil. I agree, OCM does the best job removing MMU
