I love EDM , but I hate falling in love with a product going to their site to purchase more only to find out it is unavailable , and they no longer make it ! They need to give us notice so we can stock up ! They did this with my favorite blush chit chat . I emailed them about it , and they said they made a close match walkee talkee , it is not even available yet , and after comparing swatches from another board they are similar , but chit chat looks brighter , and has a pretty shimmer . Walkee talkee looks matte . Does any one know of a some other color close to chit chat . If anyone has some they don't use I will gladly buy it from you !!

I love walkee talkee. I got it as a freebie sample and I love it!! I hear so many good things about chit chat. I wish I would've come across edm earlier!

I wish they would at make Walkee Talkee available for purchase on thier site so I can try it !

Well walkee talkee is a very pretty rosy pink color with some shimmer to it. It isn't bright and goes really well with my medium beige neutral skin. I also use I think it butternut and olive golden medium (50:25:25). Its not bright but does have to be applied with a light hand.

I hope so that would be great ! I will keep looking . If I like it as much as chit chat I am going to stock up so if it is discontinued I will have extra . I guess with EDM that is a good idea on any product really liked .

I have both Chit Chat and Walkee Talkee and they are almost exactly the same, so Walkee Talkee should work for you. It will be available when the new website opens on April 25th, I think. Also on the new website, there is going to be a production calendar so we can see what is being produced, discontinued, backordered, etc. in advance and know exact dates!

i can understand why that's frustrating. but EDM's going through some big changes right now and as other users mentioned pretty soon their new website will be open. hopefully by then you won't have those problems anymore!

That sounds great ! I can't wait . Like I said I do love their products , and their prices are great . It is frustrating that things disappeared from the web sight without notice . I am glad they are changing this .Thanks for the info .

I agree, and I do hope the new website will be better in this respect! It does feel frustrating to look and look for a product, only to realize it's been discontinued without warning or explanation

I think they did mention that Chit Chat and another blush were being discontinued in the news section of the site. Apparently they can no longer get the mica that was used in Chit Chat. I bought a full sized one last month when I found out.

Are you surprised though? This is how EM is. This is the primary reason I've gone elsewhere and won't buy from them any more. I got tired of things being announced and never showing up when they were supposed to (if at all) and things being discontinued without notice and I got tired of all the "waiting." After a time, I have come to realize that I think Carina does this as a way of stirring up interest and excitement - in the case of the new website, I think that's probably exactly what she's doing. All the "waiting" for new products is a good tactic to keep people coming back and coming back to the website, really.

I agree with carmonious, I think the EDM owner does this on purpose. The website launch clearly an advertising gimmmick.
If there was a programming bug in the custom kit, as it is claimed, they would have knon a few days before the launch and just post that sorry the new site won't be launched until such a date. They clearly screening the board to see wheather the excitment can extended or not. I bet when more and more comment gets angry and annoyed all the sudden the new websiote will be launched.
I like their blushes and foundation, but their business tactics are cheap and nasty.
