EDM not replying to my emails

I ordered a package awhile ago with their new shipping methods but it didn't turn out as I expected and my package got returned back to EDM and emailed them 4 days ago to see if they can resend again but never got a reply. This is the first time they didn't reply back to my emails. Did this happen to anyone before. Or do you guys know if they are on vacation? Thanks.

Erm I dont know, I just sent them an email about shipping charges so I'll tell you if I get a response.

yeah same here, im getting feed up too, they goofed up my order 2 times and wont reply to my emails!!!!! i think im done with them

EDM has been super slow regarding answering all the emails. .. maybe w/the new site, packageing and the holidays ... they're just a lil behind .

I'm glad I bought my stuff before they changed their site. I was a little annoyed that it took over 2 weeks to get my kit though.

Yes they replied! But just disappointed that it tooked so long. =) ill have to reply back , and I hope it doesn't take a few days to get an answer. Other thren that I'm happy now! =) I hope they reply back to your emails soon.

Well I send them a comment about their new shipping methods, because I can't get here in Greece a kit unless I pay 60$ DHL shipping and that's rediculous, and they didn't respond why they don't sedn with just airmail even though they said they have that method for the international orders!

Wow $60 USD is definitely ridiculous price for shipping!
I bought mine right before they changed their website and I got it in less than 10 days using the UPS global shipping.

Unfortunaely Global Priority doesn't include only 2 countries in Europe Greece and Italy LMAO So they don't have other options except DHL or just airmail but I don't know why the airmail doesn't work!!

I just got my email back from them, so I dont know, I think its because it was Christmas and with the new site just launched they probably just fell behind a bit.
