ELF Mineral Eyeshadows
Shop Eyes Lips Face
Just wanted to share with you what I came across today. Looks like some basic colors for those of you that can handle bismuth. $3 a pop.
I'm going to order a few. I can alway pawn them off on my sisters, if I don't like them.

Yea, there has been a lot of talk about the brand ELF and their mineral makeup.

Re: ELF Mineral Eyeshadows
I haven't heard too many good things about the mineral powder, but I figured giving the shadows a go might be ok.

Re: ELF Mineral Eyeshadows
Oooh, i'm not crazy about trying their foundations... but they are a good value. But you get what you pay for, I guess. Though it won't hurt to try their shadows!

Re: ELF Mineral Eyeshadows
I personally like the foundation and the blush. Not as good as BE or Philosophy; but a better match for my skin than EDM. I knew they had eyeshadows in production but didn't realize they were this close to releasing them! Oh darn, I just placed an order....should have waited, LOL!

Re: ELF Mineral Eyeshadows
Better hurry cause ELF just got bought out by Nordstroms, thats why everything is $1 or $3! They have to get rid of everything with the ELF label!

I looked this up online and there is quite a bit of info saying that this is a spam email that is going around and it is not true.
I have heard from a few friends that the bad thing about ordering from ELF online is that they seem to be out of stock on a lot of things so you never know what you're going to get. They don't backorder anything - they just credit you for what they don't have and send your order incomplete. There is no notification if you're not going to get something you ordered. I know of one person who's tried to order a certain blush about 3 times or so and hasn't received it yet.

This rumor has been going around for quite some time and is untrue.
I may take a peek next time I am at KMart and see if they have any.

Re: ELF Mineral Eyeshadows
To me the worst thing about ordering online is the shipping (6.95). But with most things $1, it's still a good deal. My Kmart has yet to carry e.l.f. minerals either; just lip products, pressed powders, concealer sticks, and a few eye products. So I've bought just about everything they sell, LOL!

Re: ELF Mineral Eyeshadows
I just ordered for the first time from ELF, haven't gotten it yet. It was curiosity mostly that made me order. I can't imagine great quality for a buck, but a small investment to possibly find a cheap hidden treasure!! I'll post my thoughts on the products I ordered

Definitely let us know - I've almost ordered online from them a few times, but as I posted above I've heard of a few people disappointed because they only get part of their order - so I haven't ordered online yet. our Target here sells some items (not nearly everything) so I've tried a few that way. The lip glosses for the most part have been a disappointment (too sheer and don't show up on me much) but I use their eyelash curler and I have a concealer of theirs right now that I use sometimes and it's okay too.

Re: ELF Mineral Eyeshadows
they have always been $1 since I first heard about them 3 years ago. I do like their mineral foundation though, its the only one so far that is a pretty good match for my skin. I was curious about the eye shadows too so please post with the verdict. Thanks.
