Everyday Minerals eyeshadow recommendations....?
I love Everyday Minerals foundation, concealer and blushes but I have yet to try any eyeshadow's so I'm thinking about ordering a Mini Eyeshadow Kit with 10 colors. I'd love some color recommendations.
Also, for those who have tried these, what are your thoughts on them? Thanks |

Re: Everyday Minerals eyeshadow recommendations....?
I have a good number of these, and while I'm not planning to buy any more EDM eyeshadows (I liked them for what they were, but I've moved on to more pigmented brands) there were several colors that I liked. There was Comfy, Cypress, In The Garden, Pots and Pans, Cherry Fizz, Starry Eyed, Mystic Night, Oasis, Net Surfing, Sunset Voyage, Silver Spoon, Pressed Olive, Chamomile, and Floating Feathers.

My favorites are in the garden, cypress, mystic night, starry eyed, and tinsel time, though tinsel time isn't available for sale right now it was a holiday freebie.

Re: Everyday Minerals eyeshadow recommendations....?
I haven't tried EDM eyeshadows yet either. I only want to try one or two not 10 of them. I wish they'd add one eye shadow choice to their free sample kit. I just want to make sure it doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes and there is no creasing after wearing for a couple hours. I don't want to be stuck with 10 of them if they don't work out.

Re: Everyday Minerals eyeshadow recommendations....?
My 3 favourite e/s is Good china, bedtime story and oasis.
Many companies charge $1-$2 for every sample : foundation, e/s etc, and you get barely any product. You can buy the small EDM e/s for $2.5 and l it comes in a full 5 gr Gr jar which last you a year. You do not have to buy the kit, you can just buy 1 or 2. When I order samples from EDM, I just buy 1-2 small e/s with it , and I still cheaper then sampling from any company. |

Re: Everyday Minerals eyeshadow recommendations....?
laurie lu - I think they are going to be allowing samples of everything in the near future. I'm not sure how that's going to work though.
I ordered the 10 for $18 kit plus got 3 free ones and a brush. I like them quite a lot. Good China, On the Phone, Spin Cycle and Hot Chocolate are all pale neutrals that are very similar. They are good as a lid color and/or highlighting. I also like Net Surfing, Shopping Spree, Diary, Countryside, Cool Breeze and Sunset Voyage. (I have green eyes.) I would like to try Comfy and Mystic Night also. I've read good things about them. Oasis is nice when applied wet I think, but it's a little too glittery for me during the day, applied dry. Re: Everyday Minerals eyeshadow recommendations....?
i tried quite a bit of their shadows, they are not as pigmented as some others out there but when applied wet they last long and give a lovely natural look. i don't mean natural as in sheer, just the colors are the right intensity and density to look lovely without being agressive
i love the nude ones, and i think i'll be ordering the darker ones soon, if they behave like the lighter variants it should be a joy creating light smokey eyes for daytime ![]() also, for sample sizes, there are no bigger ones anywhere, the sample is a full 5g jar that other companies usually call fullsize. love edm for that |
